While we may not be serving our wings alongside their sandwiches – yet, we are hard at work expanding our growth, looking for new ways to innovate, as well as expanding our profitability using their proven model of success.

Capriotti’s Past Success
2020 proved to be a historical year for Capriotti’s, so we are beyond excited that the acquisition of Wing Zone was able to be the finishing touch of such a great year. Together, both brands ended 2020 with more than $100M in collective system-wide sales. We are excited to continue growing together and serving the best flavors possible across both of our brands.
Some of the noticeable achievements of the Capriotti’s brand in 2020 include:
- Kept their financial performance in the top 2% of the entire restaurant industry
- Rolled out the very first Impossible Meat Cheese Steak sandwich
- Gave thousands of customers the chance to experience American Wagyu, a sought-after cut of meat that is known to be very expensive and delicious
- Opened 18 new locations, opening 30+ locations in 2021, and developing 210+ other locations to open in the future
Wing Zone’s Future Success
All of this to say that we’re in good hands. We believe that this partnership will allow us to provide even better support to our current owners, as well as provide a valuable option for potential owners of new locations. Our teams are hard at work, already getting 2021 ready to be a historic year for Wing Zone.
Since the acquisition, we’ve been able to have a total of ten new signed franchise agreements for both of our brands. This means that there will soon be another 30 new Wing Zone locations coming to various neighborhoods across the country.
