Post opening, a corporate team member will reach out to the franchise partner weekly to check-in and offer help when needed. Our corporate training members arrive at the restaurant a week prior to opening and stay through the opening week to train and work shoulder to shoulder with staff. During the second week, the business coach will visit and review Key Performance Indicators to determine which areas need improvement. Our team will continue to offer help with all aspects of operating the restaurant, to ensure continued brand growth. We are here to review any concerns franchise partners may run into.
