Our franchisees’ success is our success. This fundamental principle is the driving force behind our top-notch training program and continuous support services. Our underlying focus is to help our franchisees achieve the greatest potential from their investment. To that end, Wing Zone provides a variety of resources and services to help franchisees maximize their potential.

Prior to opening, the franchisee and management personnel attend a twelve-day training program at Wing Zone University in Atlanta, GA. Through a combination of classroom and in-store training, Wing Zone provides students with the knowledge they will need to successfully operate their own Wing Zone restaurant.

When a new restaurant is set to open, members of Wing Zone’s franchisee support team travel to the location three days prior to opening. The support team helps the franchisee manage business activities for the first seven days that the restaurant is open for business. Our franchisee support team is there to assist the franchisee in properly training their staff and to ensure a smooth start-up.
