Wing Zone provides complete real estate assistance from our experienced start-up team. This includes market analysis/demographic research, site selection, lease negotiation assistance, construction plans, and other aspects of opening a Wing Zone restaurant.

Market Demographics:
  • Population of 50,000 + in a 3-mile radius
  • Median Age 25 – 40
  • Middle-Class Income

Site Characteristics:

 
  • Typically 1000 – 1500 square feet
  • In-line Retail or Shopping Center
  • Ample Parking
  • Ease of access, in and out of location
  • No closer than 3 miles to an existing Wing Zone location
Key Value-Adds:
  • Apartments or Condos
  • Universities
  • Military Installations
  • Hospitals

This criteria is not absolute. All sites are evaluated on an individual basis.
