Is prior restaurant experience required?
No prior restaurant experience is required for single-unit opportunities.
Multi-unit and Area Development opportunities exist for qualified restaurant operators who have a track record of successful foodservice operations, along with the human and financial resources needed to develop a predetermined number of Wing Zone restaurants in a certain geographic area over a set period of time.

What is the estimated total investment to open a Wing Zone restaurant?
The total investment may range from $247,500 to $312,500 per location.

What are the financial requirements needed to open a Wing Zone restaurant?
Prospective franchisees must have a minimum net worth of $250,000 and non-borrowed liquid assets of $100,000 or greater.
Does Wing Zone provide financing?
No, however we do have strong relationships with several third-party financing institutions. We will put you in touch with these resources at the appropriate time.
Does Wing Zone allow partnerships within the franchise system?
Yes. We will consider combined applications from partners and evaluate the group’s ability to meet financial and operational standards.
Once I sign a franchise agreement, how long will it take to open my restaurant?
The length of time it takes to open will vary on a number of factors, including the availability of a qualified site, zoning, permit restrictions, and construction. However, the typical timeframe to open is between six and twelve months.
Will I have a protected territory?
Yes, each franchise location receives a protected territory.
What type of training will I receive prior to opening?
After executing your Franchise Agreement, you will attend an in-depth orientation class that provides you detailed information and resources to enable you to open your first restaurant location. In addition, all franchisees, along with key management personnel, will attend a comprehensive, twelve-day training program at Wing Zone University in Atlanta. This program will cover operational, marketing and management training, and will provide the knowledge needed to operate the Wing Zone business systems. What type of support will I receive when opening my initial Wing Zone restaurant?
Members of our Franchisee Support team will be on-site at your location for 10 days during your first location's opening. We will arrive three days prior to opening and stay through your first seven days of business to assist with initial training and operations. Am I required to operate my Wing Zone restaurant?
Wing Zone requires a full-time commitment from its franchisees.
What is the Return-On-Investment for a Wing Zone restaurant?
Your actual return-on-investment will depend on a number of factors, including individual market conditions, site location, your dedication to the business, and your ability to follow the operating systems. As you continue through our process, we suggest that you use our UFOC, along with information that you’ll gather from existing franchisees, as your best resource regarding a return-on-investment.

Are there any advertising contributions?
Yes, franchisees contribute 2.0% of gross sales to an advertising fund.
What is the franchise fee?
The franchise fee is $25,000 for the initial franchise agreement. All subsequent franchise agreements are $20,000.
Will Wing Zone provide me assistance with finding a location?
Yes, you will work directly with members of our franchisee support team throughout the opening process. We will provide you with assistance in market analysis/demographic research, site selection, lease negotiation, construction/design plans, zoning/permitting, and much more.
